ANDREA MARQUIS
L’artiste peintre québécoise Andréa Marquis des Cantons de l’Est nous électrise par son coup de pinceau et ses couleurs vibrantes. À l’âge adulte, elle est technologiste d’analyse biomédicale. Puis, elle tient une 1ère exposition en 2011 et taille vite sa place grâce à son talent. Elle expose au Québec, en Ontario, à New-York et Londres. Son style initial est réaliste, coloré, avec détails et coups de pinceau en évidence. Puis, elle exprime ce qu’elle a au fond du cœur par des sujets expressifs présentés dans un ensemble de couleurs et de mouvement qui laissent découvrir un sujet figuratif en second niveau. Ombres, lumières, courbes importantes, énergie, expression, contrastes… traversent l'émotion.
Quebec paint artist Andréa Marquis, from the Eastern Townships, electrifies us with her brushstroke and vibrant colors. As a young adult, she is a biomedical analysis technologist. Then, she holds her first exhibition in 2011 and quickly heightens her place thanks to her talent. She exhibited in Quebec, Ontario, New York and London. Her initial style is realistic, colorful, with details and brushstrokes in evidence. Then, she shows what she has at the bottom of her heart by expressive subjects that are presented in a set of colors and movements that allow the discovery of a figurative subject on a second level. Shadows, lights, important curves, energy, expression, contrasts ... go through emotion.
