(English version follows) Le peintre impressionniste roumain Nicolae Dărăscu naît le 28 février 1983 à Giurgiu. Il étudie à l'École nationale des Beaux-Arts de Roumanie et reçoit, après avoir gradué, une bourse d'étude de l'Académie Julian de Paris. Puis, il étudie aux Beaux-Arts de Paris. Il voyage beaucoup, et vit dans le sud de la France (Toulon, St-Tropez) et à Venise, en Roumanie à Vlaici, puis à Baltchik en 1919. Il garde contact avec de nombreux artistes européens et visite de nombreux musées d'art. Il peignait, rarement, des natures mortes avec plusieurs autres artistes roumains. Il fonde l'association artistique Arta Română et est aussi professeur d'art à l'Académie des Beaux-Arts de Bucarest. Il meurt le 14 août 1959 à Bucarest. ------ Romanian impressionist painter Nicolae Dărăscu was born on February 28, 1983 in Giurgiu. He studied at the National School of Fine Arts in Romania and received, after graduating, a scholarship from the Académie Julian in Paris. Then, he studied at the Beaux-Arts in Paris. He travelled a lot, and lived in the south of France (Toulon, St-Tropez) and Venice, in Romania (Vlaici), then in Baltchik in 1919. He kept in touch with many European artists and visited many art museums. He rarely painted still lifes with several other Romanian artists. He founded the artistic association Arta Română and became also an art teacher at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bucharest. He died on August 14, 1959 in Bucharest.
